1. Operator and purpose
Renewable Specialists Quote Studio is operated by RS Renewable Specialists Ltd (company number 11004546, registered in England and Wales), Ground Floor Osborne House, 20 Victoria Avenue, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 5QY, using third-party hosting and integrations.
It is a private internal business tool for managing enquiries, quotations, installation work, documents and invoicing. These terms concern use of the software only. They do not replace customer installation contracts, signed variations, warranties or statutory rights.
2. Permission to use
Subject to the business’s authorisation and applicable third-party terms, authorised users may access the tool for legitimate company work. Permission is non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to that purpose. It does not give ownership of the software or third-party services.
Users must not share accounts, bypass access controls, disclose credentials, misuse customer information or use the tool unlawfully. Access may be withdrawn when no longer required or reasonably necessary for security or misuse. Access to this public information page does not authorise access to the application.
3. Review and responsibility
Users must check customer details, equipment, design figures, prices, VAT treatment, scope, payment terms and recipients before issuing documents or invoices. Supplier updates and imported designs do not replace professional assessment. Only appropriately approved changes should be treated as agreed work.
A job total is not necessarily the outstanding balance. Payments, credits and earlier invoices must be reconciled separately. Users must not fabricate survey measurements, commissioning results, signatures or compliance declarations.
4. Connected services
Connecting QuickBooks or another service requires authority for that business account. Use is also subject to the provider’s terms and permissions. QuickBooks invoice transfers create records for review; they do not constitute customer delivery or payment.
Do not retry an uncertain transfer blindly: check its recorded status and the destination service to avoid duplicates. Previously issued invoices and signed documents are not automatically rewritten by later changes to a job. An authorised administrator can revoke a connection through the connected provider’s account controls.
5. Information and security
The business retains its rights in its records. Users must handle personal information only for authorised purposes, follow the Quote Studio privacy notice, keep devices secure and report suspected unauthorised access or inaccurate records promptly.
Ending access or disconnecting an integration does not erase records retained for legitimate business or legal purposes. Data-rights and deletion requests should be sent to the contact below.
6. Availability and changes
The tool and its integrations may be interrupted, updated or unavailable. Users should retain appropriate copies of issued business records and use an agreed alternative process during outages. The business may update these internal-use terms and notify authorised users. Third-party software and services retain their own licences and terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
