The project
Two roof finishes. One coordinated energy system.
Renewable Specialists installed twenty-one AIKO 475 W panels at this Weeton property, creating a 9.98 kWp solar array across the house and garage. The Yorkshire stone slate roof was carefully stripped in the solar area so a GSE in-roof mounting system could be installed for a clean, integrated finish.
The garage array uses an all-black on-roof mounting system. An 8 kW Sigenergy inverter, two 10 kWh SigenStor batteries and a Sigenergy Backup Gateway complete the installation, providing 20 kWh of storage and coordinated energy management.
